New Paper Production Line Agreement

Our Board of Directors has decided to increase the capacity of the ‘Fifth Paper Production Line-TM5,’ which constitutes the second phase of our new factory investment in Erzurum. Initially planned to have a net production capacity of 30,000 tons/year and scheduled to be operational at the beginning of 2027, its capacity will now be raised to 70,000 tons/year based on an evaluation of regional and international market needs. In line with this decision, our company signed an agreement on January 10, 2025, with Finland-based Valmet AB, a leading provider of industrial processes and technologies for the paper and energy sectors, for the production of the TM5 paper production line. Valmet AB is also the manufacturer of the other four paper production lines currently operating in our Ergene facility.
